Mount Wilton, Serendipity

Large home set on three floors, with the most spectacular view. This home has three bedrooms/2 bathrooms on the main level, as well as an eat in kitchen, dining and living room which spills onto the patio with an exquisite pastoral view to the sea. The second level has a large family entertainment area, with a bathroom, and can be converted to an apartment with it's own entrance. This level also has a fourth bedroom and bathroom, with a beautiful view from the patio, and access to the gorgeous garden. The third level has housekeeper's quarters and laundry room. The house plans have been approved for a swimming pool, and most rooms have been wired for a central stereo system. The gardens surrounding this home are noteworthy, and the property quietly whispers Serenity.
