Alleyne Real Estate began with a simple conviction: that the right house, matched to the right family, is a quiet act of stewardship. Nearly fifty years on, across three generations of the Alleyne family, that conviction still shapes how we work.

We have never been the largest agency on the island, and that is by design. A small, knowledgeable team that personally knows the houses, the parishes and the people allows us to act with discretion and to give every client the attention a significant purchase deserves.

The coast has changed a great deal since the early days, but the things that matter have not. Trust, patience and a deep familiarity with the island remain the whole of the business.
